All though the parts are in the mail … to finish this gun off. It is 98% there and ready to roll if I decide to shoot it at night. One of the big reasons this thing was thrown together was going to be a home for the flow 556K. in this configuration it is dialed, not gassy, not too heavy out front and handles well for when I decide to actually shoot and do reloads.
since someone will ask me why I am running the echo arms stuff over the arasaka or stock modlite stuff. The echo arms light mount is steal so it wont bend, a little heavier but in my mind better for dudes who beat on their guns. The light body has threaded inserts in the body so its steal on steal when you mount your flashlight…. aka you wont strip and aluminum body that you just spend 60 Bucks on. If you are one of those guys who swaps parts around often this is a good thing. However the echo stuff is rad in always in stock .

You can see they are pretty close in setups. I will do gun check on the Spear LT at a later date.
